The program will also include the possibility for site visits to Dutch service provider agencies for persons with intellectual disabilities.

The program

  • International keynote speakers on a variety of themes (such as Poverty, Impact of Health Inequity, Awareness, Training, Primary Health Care and Policy)
  • Plus a variety of workshops, posters and abstracts

IASSIDD and MAMH’s Missions

  • The mission of the IASSIDD Special Interest Research Group on Health is to promote health of persons with an intellectual disability. This is done by formulating priorities for health care, research and training and by sharing research findings and innovations.
  • MAMH (European Association of Intellectual Disability Medicine) is an organization of European doctors working within different specialties who are committed to high quality medical care for persons with intellectual disabilities.
