Supporting persons with intellectual disabilities who develop dementia  

A survey of members of Alzheimer Disease International

2007

We would like to find out how your organization responds to requests for assistance or support by families of or persons with intellectual disabilities who have dementia. The information will be used to develop central policies and materials within ADI to support the work of national members more effectively.

Please complete the questions as fully as possible before submitting your response.

By intellectual disability, we are referring to Down syndrome, mental retardation, mental handicap, or a variety of other terms used to define a lifelong intellectual impairment NOT associated with mental illness or traumatic brain injury.
